Valuation Claim Process

Please submit your claim in the below form. The claim department will process your claim and settle within 3 – 5 business days based on the valuation chosen prior to your move. You must submit claim within 15 days or less from your move date to be accepted.

Your belongings will be covered under Basic Valuation coverage at up to $0.60 per pound per damaged item. This valuation doesn’t cover any damages to your property, floor or walls. This valuation will only cover damages to your belongings caused by the movers.

Under Upgraded Valuation Coverage your floors, walls, elevators and belongings will be covered for repairs.

Your belonging will be covered up to $10 per pound per damaged item.

To avoid delays and expedite the claim process please provide as many pictures and details of any issues pertaining to your move as necessary if you haven’t already.

Please Note that a maximum of one claim per move per customer will be approved for coverage.

Once your claim is finalized an agent will contact you to process the necessary repair or refund to settle the claim.
